What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s degree in related areas is preferred
* Very good command of English
* German language will be an asset.
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications
* 1-2 years of experience in related fields is preferred

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Power Generation Services Division in Istanbul we are looking for a Team Assistant. This role will be responsible for assisting both the manager and the team in related activities.

 What are my responsibilities?
* Control both internal and external means of communication (telephone, fax, e-mail)
* Organize meetings, prepare agenda and meeting notes
* Deliver announcements and procedures
* Prepare necessary documents related to travels, make reservations and follow up visa operations
* File and archive documents, organize and maintain office supplies
* Organize social activities with the department
* Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents
* Provide back-office support for Sales, Project Management teams as well as the organizations Business Excellence and Strategy
* Assist in integration of new processes and systems as appropriate
* Gathers, analyzes and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos
