We are an international company working in Automotive sector looking for the HR manager of our Kocaeli plant with following requirements:
We are an international company working in Automotive sector looking for the HR manager of our Kocaeli plant with following requirements:
. University degree or above in social sciences, BA, Economics or Engineering faculties |
. MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources is an asset |
. 5 years or more of experience in industry sector as HR manager or responsible |
. Good knowledge in Turkish Labor Law and Social Security legislations |
. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization |
. Good negotiation skills with third parties |
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills |
. Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and in Turkish |
. Willing to leave in Kocaeli |
İŞ TANIMI
| . Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions and support the company organization and strategy to achieve the best results in terms of corporate targets through developing the best human capital |
| . Leading, directing and supporting payroll, administrative and health and safety operations of the company |
| . Managing the recruitment and selection processes of the company effectively and providing right solutions on time in terms of humans resources needs of the business functions of the company |
| . Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs |
| . Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws. |
| . Sustaining employee engagement by employee opinion awareness and create internal communication opportunities to build cross relations. |
| . Setting up HR systems and processes with the correct methodology for the roles stated above. |
| . Contributing to budgets work out in compliance with the Groups standards and strategy |
