• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Administrative Faculties,
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience,
• Excellent command of English,
• Analytical thinking, proactive and result oriented,
• Self-motivated and potential for continuous learning and development,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical and numerical skills,
• Good level of MS Office applications, especially Excel,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing periodical analyses, regional reports and any other related data to follow up sales,
• Taking an active role in development and execution of Agency Sales Management System in coordination with other departments such as IT, BI, Marketing and Sales,
• Contributing to planning and execution of Sales Targeting System for setting quarterly and following up realizations,
• Ensuring that Agency Sales Management System and related performance drivers (KPI’s) are in line with company strategies,
• Supporting regional managers and sales representatives about the tools, systems and ongoing projects,
• Cooperating with sales team for performance tracking, by providing KPI reports and insights,
• Assisting to provide and follow up KPIs in terms of early warning system for tracking sales,
• Working in creation of new and developing existing strategies, channel segmentation and targeting methodologies,
• Supporting all other department projects and operations.
