QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• BS degree from a reputable university in Business Administration and Marketing
• Master’s degree in Marketing will be a plus
• At least 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably cosmetics or FMCG industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Creative, innovative personality with special interest in marketing
• Ability to analyze numbers and drive results
• Strong inter-personal skills and a good team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Dynamic and result oriented
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken Spaish
• Good presentation skills, result oriented and highly motivated approach with entrepreneurial drive
• P/C literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• No travelling restrictions (domestic or overseas)
İŞ TANIMI
• To plan and implement marketing plan within allocated budget
• To manage product launches, monitor progress and analyse information
• To develop and execute promotional initiatives into points of sales to profitably increase consumption
• To visit distribution channels and regions
• To manage advertisement campaigns
• To lead brand management process (Forecasting, pricing, product launch, brand positioning, promotional activities, market and competitor analysis)
• To coordinate and support PR activities, manage the artwork process (leaflets, brochures, posters, visuals)
• To deliver brand related training programs
• To create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.
• To work in cooperation with the Export and Domestic sales, production and finance teams to create synergy and achieve results
• To follow up the competition in the market and determining the pricing parity of the products and support the sales team about the position of the products,
