• Bsc degree in Civil Engineering and / or Architecture as a minimum,
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience,
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a project manager in construction supervision services of any kind of building (superstructures),
• Full computer literacy,
• Excellent command of English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• The Project Manager shall be in charge of the total management of the Project, including, but not limited to;
  • Coordination of experts so as to ensure that the input of experts are available at the time when they are required, allocation of tasks within the team,
  • Liaison with the counterparts,
  • Financial management,
  • Reporting (Inception Report, Monthly Report, Final Report),
  • Other tasks as required.
• He will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of the supervision activities, including but not limited to supervising and overseeing activities of the project experts and making effective use of resources to ensure smooth project implementation,
• Evaluate the site conditions, related legislation, related technical standard and institutional state of the key stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with the Condition of Contract,
• Check/review the designs of all building and the construction documents to ensure that they are adequate for obtaining permits and for executing the work,
• Field surveys for collection of data needed for the design of construction facility improvements,
• Recommend, record and report on actions the Contractor should implement in order to regain/maintain progress in case where progress is less than required under the terms of the Work Contract,
• Monitor the Contractor’s operations and verify that the Contractor complies with the requirements of laws and regulations governing construction of works in Turkey,
• Review and approve quality of all materials and equipment,
• Review and approve as-built drawings,
• Test on Completion and Taking –Over and Performance Certificate.
