Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 kilometres from the center of Bodrum. The main two-store hotel comprises 70 rooms and suites offering at least 40 m² per room, complimented by villas and duplex terraces in front, which house 72 serviced apartments that are 120-240 m² in size. Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• To perform Fitness trainings while maintaining the clients comfort at all times

• To ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to  

their needs and expectation

• To maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order

• To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

• To follow departmental policies and procedures

• To follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Other duties as assigned

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all strength and cardiovascular equipment as well as their proper use, alignment, safety, and contraindications.

• Provide instruction of fitness equipment while keeping safety in mind at all times.

• Maintains a smooth operation of all equipment through periodic service checks, lubing and reporting work orders promptly.

• Notify management with all maintenance needs.

• Greet each guest warmly and provide a courteous good-bye.

• Demonstrates a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our members and guests.

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

• Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer preferred

• Fluent in Turkish

• Certification from an accredited school of Fitness required

• All professional licenses are to be current

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
