QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Sales Administrator ( Back Office Staff )” for our multinational customer - a multinational trading company- who has offices worldwide including throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East, Russia and the NIS.
- Qualified in order processing and import/export, (i.e. wholesale and foreign trade or industrial clerk)
- Experience in logistics,
- Advanced level of English, (verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage,
- Customer and supplier oriented personality,
- Flexible towards changes,
- Good communication skills with internal and external persons,
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Executing order processing for Import & Export business including timely issuing of all relevant documents, (customs documents will be issued by our forwarders)
- On time supervision of Import & Export business incl. logistics and warehousing,
- Co-ordination of logistics to arrange timely delivery from suppliers and to customers including handling/checking of relevant logistic invoices,
- Issuing invoices, applications for internal credit limit and external credit insurance, control of payment receipt including dunning process,
- Provision of sales figures for sales staff and manager,
- General customer and supplier service,
- Sales support to sales team and manager,
- General support to manager including schedule management.
Preferred Candidate
2 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
