QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for a “Foreign Trade Assistant” to be employed in our office located in Atasehir/Istanbul.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Min.1-2 years of experience on Foreign Trade and Import & Export Operations
- Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly in Excel
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- To be able to travel if necessary
- Residency in Asian Side of Istanbul.
İŞ TANIMI
- Placing the orders to the factory in Italy, following up the deliveries and managing the execution of all export and import operations.
- Arrangement of the shipments with relevant cargo & transportation companies
- Dealing with the paperwork and preparation of all the import-export & customs documentation
- Supporting the accounting and sales departments if needed.
