Maintenance Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Computer proficiency,
• Thermotical knowledge about hydraulic machine and engineering knowledge,
• Drawing program knowledge is required like Autocad,
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience,
• Ability to perform problem analysis and problem solving,
• Completion of military service,
• Resident in İzmir or willingness to relocate,
• Good command of verbal and written English,
• Good at technical project reading (layout/piping),
• Good knowledge for pneumatic, hydraulic,
• Good command in MS Office,
• Strong knowledge of preventive mechanical systems, hydraulics & pneumatics,
• Having experience about troubleshooting,
• Result oriented, suitable for team work,
• Strong planning and coordination skills,
• Self-driven and have a pro-active approach,
• Sensitive in safety rules,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Following the maintenance team and executed works regarding the machines,
• Preparing performance reports about machines and executing Root Cause Analysis for any kind of machine failure to find the root causes and to solve it,
• Preparing work plans and procedures for maintenance of the machines,
• Preparing Asset Health Report about the machines and following the spare part of the machines,
• Keeping efficient safety conditions for the team and all workers,
• Coordinating periodical preventive maintenance activities,
• Following breakdown analyses and determination of preventive, corrective actions, improvements,
• Following internal repairs, modifications and improvements of equipment inside maintenance workshop,
• Following maintenance purchasing & warehouse process,
• Supporting energy management,
• Supporting for new machine & improvement projects and investments,
• Following the technological developments to give recommendations for machine improvements.
