Process Engineer

We are looking for " Process Engineers" for our growing organization.  

• B.S. degree in Mechanical , Industrial, Naval Architect and Marine Engineering is required,
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience,
• Proficient with the use of Solidworks and AutoCAD is an asset,
• Ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process,
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail,
• Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Experience working with high performance teams,
• Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution,
• Ability to maintain safe work environment,
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English,
• No military obligations.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards,
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls,
• Coordinate manufacturing implementation activities for new or revised products,
• Ensure the customer design specification is met through our manufacturing processes.
