We are looking for passionate HR Talents who is enthusiastic to play a key role in helping Trendyol provide the best experience to millions of customers! You should be energetic and flexible because we want you to adapt to our dynamic and lively environment!

Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. The team builds the process and make sure analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive market place. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

• Undergraduate students currently in their 3 rd year OR students in their 1 st year of a graduate programme
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
• Excellent written and communication skills,
• Curiosity on Human Resources Department 
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Able to work at least 3 days min 3 months 
• Proactive, hands-on, and very result-oriented
• Creative problem solver with a winner’s mindset

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Screening & selecting potential candidates
• Updating & refreshing on boarding materials
• Coordinate the background checks and new hire approval,
• Take role in organizing recruitment related marketing activites such as university career days, career fairs etc.
• Participate in recruitment process excellence projects.
