Product Management Team creates impact for our millions of customers by leading critical projects, working closely with Technology and Business teams. The team combines business knowledge and customer insights with technology. Join this team if you’re passionate about leveraging customer experience and making customers’ lives better. YOUR PROFILE
 
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering,
• At least 2 years of cross-functional project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment,
• Experience on large-scale web release and change management process,
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines,
• Strong in combining business knowledge with customer insights and state-of-the art technologies.
• Ability to anticipate issues, identify future bottlenecks and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues,
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Prior experience managing online services,
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams,
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments.

YOUR CHALLENGE
 
• Passionate at taking the seed of a good idea (an MVP, a prototype) and turning it into a full-fledged product that customers love,
• Identify potential new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products.
• Measure product performance and identify key levels of improvement
• Conduct comparative analysis of digital strategies and products of competitors and industry leaders in internal and external markets
• Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategy
• Research emerging technologies and trends
• Work directly with your customers and partners to understand their needs from both a business and technical perspective
• Partner with multiple engineering teams, product marketing groups, business and operations teams, to create impact
•Identify opportunities to adjust and create new business models
