We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant Specialist who loves hiring new people and networking with candidates more than anything else!

Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol. At the end, as a team, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree,
• 1 to 2 years recruiting experience both in research and interview,
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
• Excellent written and communication skills,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Ability to work in a result-oriented and fast-paced environment
• No military obligations for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

YOUR CHALLENGE
 

• Carrying on relations with 3rd party providers,
• Perform full cycle recruiting activities,
• Source and screen candidates using tecniques including internet, social media, networking etc.
• Coordinate the interview and hiring process, background checks and new hire approval,
• Take role in organizing recruitment related marketing activites such as university career days, career fairs etc.
• Participate in recruitment process excellence projects.
