- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years automotive/mobile/defence industry related experience or an equivalent combination of education and Technical Based Selling Role are required.
- Solid understanding of technical terms of Motion and Control Systems.
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- B-Class driving licence
- No military obligation
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of engineering design programs such as CAD/1-D Circuit Tools etc. Excellent user of MS Office programs,
- Strong communication skills. Team worker as well as a team leader,

İŞ TANIMI
In the role your main duties are :
- Apply lean principles and Win Strategy to all processes.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sales;
- Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Promote products for his specific market covering all Groups and Divisions.
- Make direct contact with customer(s) for review of project, review and resolution of quality issues (RMRs), review of customer issues, and identification of customer needs and sales opportunities to maximize and grow sales.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Provide technical support and solutions to the customer according to customer specifications. Recommend and approve applications
- Maintain records up-to-date in CRM and in Business Plans file, by customer, for ready retrieval.
