OrangeGames is a developer and publisher of gaming content. The company was founded through the merger of several gaming companies. OrangeGames is divided across different product ranges and brands, including Tubia, Spele.nl, Stratego,Governor of Poker, Yepi, Hellokids, Zigiz and Voidu. 

The role
We are looking for a well-rounded and highly analytical Programmatic Operations Manager who can help play a crucial role in scaling our business.  The candidate must have a strong understanding of the modern digital ad tech environment (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, AD Exchanges, Digital Publishers, Ad Servers, etc), be able to analyze data from multiple sources and make appropriate recommendations, as well as work closely with external partners to help grow business. 

Requirements 

• Experience in digital media/advertising in an analytical role is a plus,
• Being a good team player within tight time constraints,
• Excellent command of English (speaking, writing, reading),
• Maintain good working relations with our customers,

• Excellent planning and documentation skills,
• Target Oriented & Analytical,

İŞ TANIMI

• Become an expert at using Tunnl’s proprietary ad mediation platforms,
• Participate in detailed product development planning and design reviews,
• Work within the Tunnl console, as well as various 3rd party consoles, to create, manage and optimize programmatic campaigns,
• Analyze Programmatic CPM, impression and revenue delivery trends across all channels, partners, platforms, devices, and ad types,
• Provide revenue insights and create reports highlighting trends and on-going recommendations to determine optimal floor pricing and revenue,
• Identify new opportunities, ad units, and pricing strategies with partners.
