We are looking for a " HR Specialist"  who can adapt to our young, energetic team & dynamic working atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of work experience in all Human Resources Roles (especially in recruitment, performance and talent management systems & training)
• Have a good command of all Human Resources process
• Very good knowledge in MS Office Programmes (especially in excel)
• Very good command of written & spoken English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Co-operative, creative, analytic, team player and result oriented
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

• Being responsible for the whole HR procedure & process ( performance and talent management, career planning, compensation & benefits, training)
• Being a part of the fast growing business environment and dynamic HR Team.
• Supporting the recruitment process
• Creating new ideas to set up new appropriate HR systems to the company’s culture
• Working collaboratively in HR team
• Analysing training needs and taking necessary steps
• Maintaining company’s Salary Structure & Job evaluation systems
• Managing Performance and Talent Management System
