• Min. 5-7 years experience in financial controlling, financial reporting (IFRS) and accounting
• 4 years college degree with major in economics, masters degree on financial management will be a plus
• Lives in Tekirdağ Çorlu area
• Military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Serves as Business Partner for the departments by executing coaching approach in performance, cost deployment/continuous financial improvement and all financial matters
• Lead cost optimization and productivity improvements through a roust cost deployment process
• Monitor and prepare critical analysis of operating results and performance relative to financial plans and forecasts
• Collect data, perform analysis of operating results and report on KPIs, manpower and productivity
• Interface with finance team of HQ on financial matters
• Provide technical assistance to key personnel in the preperation of their respective financial plans and budgets
• Consolidate operating plans and results into summary format for reporting
• Assure all related activities are being operated according to local and global risk management matters
