• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields,
• Have at least 5-6 years of experience in credit control & collections,
• Audit experience is an additional asset,
• Fluent in English,                                              
• Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point),
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,     
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels,
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail,
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Follow-up of company receivables, within the framework of company procedures and regulations,
• Preparing and checking credit rating of customers,
• Close follow-up and reporting of customer risks and credit limits,
• Pro-active work to reduce risk of bad debts, advice and support divisions, 
• Process new customer applications and establish appropriate credit limits,
• Constantly review and maintain credit limits on existing customers,
• Maintain and control the reconciliation of customer accounts,
• Ensure issuing invoices to agents and registering invoices from agents,
• Implement necessary procedures aimed for decreasing overdue debts,
• Ensure the effective implementation of collections strategies,
• Manage the team involved in collection process.
