Senior / Leader Design Engineer (R&D) - İstanbul

• Graduated from Bachelor or Master degree in Department of Mechanical  Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field, (Engine, Hydraulics, Driveline, Cab/Platform, Vehicle Integration etc.)
• Experience engineering release of BOM, 3D models and 2D Drawings through TCAE (TeamCenter) and advanced engineering calculations,
• Lead and evaluate design review and DFMEA activities,
• Experience as lead for several Tubitak and University Collobration Projects is an asset,
• Applied several Patents and experience on Innovation Projects,
• International & Local academic publications and presentations,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• No obstacle to travel,
• Completion of military services for male candidates is mandatory.

İŞ TANIMI

• Hydraulic
  • Design of main hydraulic system components: valves, pumps,pistons etc. via matlab simulink software,
  • Design and development of main hydraulic lift, steering circuit, powershuttle, pneumatic brake and loader systems,
  • Solution development for aftersales issues for hydraulic systems,
• Engine
  • Design of base engine & installation systems: FIE, crankshaft, cylinder block, radiator etc.
  • Design and development of ATS, exhaust, engine cooling, FIE systems,
  • Solution development for aftersales issues for mechanical & electronic engine systems,
• Driveline
  • Design of base mechanical & automatic driveline system components: gears, pto, reductors, synchronizer, planetary systems, etc.
  • Design and development of mechanical & automatic driveline, reduction gears, speed & range gears, pto and clutch systems via kissoft.
  • Solution development for aftersales issues for mechanical & automatic driveline systems,
• Cab / Platform
  • Design of base cab & platform system components: frame structure, condenser, evaporator, a/c compressor, control commands etc.
  • Design and development of tractor cab & platform frame structure, a/c & roof, main tractor control commands and trimming systems,
  • Solution development for aftersales issues for cab & platform systems,
• Vehicle Integration
  • Engineering feasibility and technical approval for tractor main variants and features,
  • Control and approval of engineering calculations and optimization of overall tractor design,
  • Creating tractor 3D assembly for all competenceny centers above,
