• Bachelor’s degree related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing in retail or banking sector
• Proven working experience in digital marketing and knowledge in digital analytics, conversion and UX/UI
• Must have experience leading and managing Google Adwords, SEO/SEM, eMail marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and data-driven thinking,
• Self-driven work attitude with good sense to details
• Positive thinking team player with very good communication skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (German is a plus)
• Has knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• No restrictions for travelling both inside of Turkey and abroad temporarily

İŞ TANIMI

• Launch and manage corporate & e-commerce web site, microsite and application
• Maintain and manage content of all digital channels
• Create innovative marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across various channels, such as SEO/SEM, SMS & email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Identify key strategic loyalty program decisions, create reward strategy and develop business cases
• Planning, implementation and success measurement of loyalty program campaigns,
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
