QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in Unilever located in Çorlu Algida Factory.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· University degree in Engineering Departments (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
· Minimum two years of related work experience (preferably in food industry)
· WCM or TPM Manufacturing knowledge is an asset
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Strong analytical thinking
· Very good command of English
· Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
· Living (or willing to live) in Çorlu / Tekirdağ
· Plan and implement periodical and corrective maintenance program
· Diagnose breakdown problems, increase equipment efficiencies by implementing improvement studies
· Manage maintenance staff and permanent contractors
· Lead new equipment commissioning and start up stages
· Ensure all activities are in line with WCM practices, food safety and work place safety requirements
· Participate in new projects and periodic maintenance plans to provide continuous production
· Ensure that the production is done according to Unilever standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost
