General Qualifications:

1. University Graduate, Master’s Degree is preferred. Engineering or City/Regional Planning Graduate who has experience with latest developments in ICT, such as devices, infrastructures, etc. in a smart city.
2. Knowledgable about smart city infrastructures, current and past trends, future technology and field growth expectations.
3. Preferably experienced in GIS and city/regional planning.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Quick learner.
6. No travel limitation to Saudi Arabia and other countries.
7. Excellent English skills in writing and reading and fluent in conversation. Interviews may be conducted in English.
8. Arabic skills are not required, but preferred.

Job Description

For one of our clients, which is an International Group of Companies, we are looking for “smart” candidates for their projects about “smart cities”.

1. Minimum experience of 5-7 years in the fields of geographical information systems, city or regional planning, preferably with PMP.
2. Experience in integrated IT and utility systems.
3. Knowledgeable in ICT and IoT and in international practices for technologies used in smart cities, smart buildings, green buildings, and IT Green Technology.
4. Explores and propose technology strategies that will support growing the business line of the company in the field of smart cities.
5. Prepare responses and proposals to tenders.
6. Explore and analyze potential clients, their needs and deliver presentations accordingly.
7. Collaborate closely with the other departments in the company to provide best responses to the clients.
8. Provide preliminary and conceptual designs for the potential projects and assist technical team for awarded projects.
9. A graduate of engineering discipline or city/regional planning is preferred.
