QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a new member to our team who will work as SERVICE SALES SUPPORT ADMIN / TEMPORARY with the following qualifications:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor Degree,
· At least 2 years of Pre-Sales management experience,
· Good English language skills,
· Strong communication and organizational skills,
· Customer and sales orientated,
· Well organized and able to work under pressure,
· Drive and self motivation,
· Available to travel within the assigned territory.

İŞ TANIMI
· Preparing offers for local and international requests received by phone, mail/fax,· Following up the whole process cycle from offer to order over the system,
· Providing product information through phone,
· Following up with the approved orders and informing the related account manager,
· Opening the customer current accounts in the system,
· Receiving and reporting customer demands and complaints,
· Reporting and filing all documentation,
· Preparing reports on weekly sales & delivery.
Preferred Candidate
1 - 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
