- Degree qualified in an Engineering or a Science discipline
- Experience (at least 2 years) is required in Transmission field
- Knowledge in DWDM planning and/or operations preferred
- Experience in project management
- Experience in budgeting and project feasibility analysis
- Effective presentation skills and public speaking skills required.

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Transmission Backbone Planning Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Backbone Transmission Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Support in developing transmission network and new projects
- Continually follow up network KPIs; keep up to date transmission network inventory data (network elements, fiber routes, POCs, etc)
- Follow up annual budgets (Capex, Opex) for the transmission network; start and follow up purchase procedures
- Follow up latest transport technologies, assist in defining methodology; attend site survey and equipment acceptance studies
- Continually seek opportunities to decrease operational costs within the network
- Follow up Project Plan/schedule with activities and milestones
- Support in making feasibility analysis, writing Project Feasibility Documents
- Respond/act on management direction; hold regular status meetings; write effective presentations.
