  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar fields of engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing field
  • Track record of successful academic steps on marketing,  product development, product management & project management
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Good at multi-task management                                                                                    
  • Good at problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

 
We are seeking a Omnichannel Marketing Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Omni Channel Marketing Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Manage customer base management offers at specified channel(s) and manage digital gross add at digital channels
  • Define channel strategy
  • Set targets & review performance
  • Manage costs & timings
  • Manage channel improvement roadmap
  • Filter all insight from campaign /activation results, research, customer channels
  • Manage campaign / activation requests on regular basis
  • Execute campaigns / activation on time
  • Make detailed analysis on campaign / activation results
  • Come up with recommendations for improvement
  • Manage contact policy
  • Improve customer experience
  • Facilitate Vodafone Group communications in terms of channel and capability management
  • Manage operations team regarding campaign execution for related channels
  • Manage tasks under transformation project
  • Manage CVM project portfolio
  • Make monthly CVM reporting
