Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a "Sales & Marketing Manager” to join one of our leading customers in their construction business unit. 

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering; additional studies in Structural Materials will be an asset,
• Minimum 10 years sales experience (especially within the Cement field) and at least 5 years in a similar role of sales team management,
• Ability to build strong relationship and lead team members, clients and industry experts, also manage projects / client relationships,
• Analytical thinking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic,
• Extensive understanding and analysing of market and industry trends in order to make recommendations on how to achieve the targets and budgets,
• Support to R&D for generating new products as per customer specifications or needs,
• Infrastructure & Superstructure projects experience will be a strong asset,
• Excellent command of English must required both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage,
• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates,
• Must be free to travel internationally to join fairs & seminars.

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Director of Business Development, our ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Owns and manages P&L, prioritizes features and specifications, applying budget, creating pipeline and other constraints,
• Works across all functional areas – especially with R&D department; gathering inputs, updating and creating projects and researching market trends,
• Applies competitive environment to identify new growth areas and new products,
• Analyses market trends for development and implementing business unit strategy,
• Planning of marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions to be participated,
• Deals and leads with procurement managers, site managers / engineers, laboratory engineers and technicians.
