• Graduated from 4 year faculties of universities,
• Conducted B2B sales activities preferably with the scope of Security Solutions or Information Technologies,
• +10 years of experience in total and minimum 5 years of experience as a manager, is required,
• Demonstrate high financial awareness in his/her responsibility areas,
• Good at organizing and coordinating tasks.
• Dynamic, presentable and eager to learn,
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, result and customer oriented,
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs.

İŞ TANIMI

• Reconstructing the channel sales structure with the knowledge and experience,
• Implementing channel segmantation structure,
• Designating the potential resellers and partners,
• Ensuring Y3K becomes the preferred distributor in the market.
• Coordinating sales activities with his/her team,
• Coordinating the support that will be given for future projects,
• Consolidating the competitor’s activities within his/her areas of responsibility and give the gathered information to related departments,
• Evaluating the performances of resellers and partners,
• Determining training and development needs of resellers and partners and plan accordingly in order to fulfill those requirements,
• Following up the major Project in his/her areas of responsibility,
• Coordinating product order, confirmation and payment cycle and make improvements if necessary.
