QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking to hire talented Customer Offers Data Analyst Associate to join our team;
Monitoring one-to-one campaigns for customers based on deep-down analysis and models,
Identfying the correct channel and target group for designed campaigns,
Making cost&benefit analysis of customer based database marketing activities to optimize the
performance of campaigns and channels,
Efficiently optimizing Revenue by monitoring and analyzing newly acquired
product owners via managed sales channels which will end up with new profitable target groups.
Day-to-day/weekly/monthly performance monitoring by designing routine sales and campaign
reports and organizing brainstorming workshops if necessary
Improving DWH and Reporting Tools by:
- Suggesting new ways to improve the data quality of CRM System and DWH systems,
- Being responsible for comprehensive data analysis via SQL coding, BO reports,
- Designing roadmaps and detailed strategies for finding better ways to convert data into info,
- Supplying DWH with necessary data for satisfying the reporting needs of related business units, building and developing reporting infrastructures/environments,
- Managing relations with the related IT units for the sustainability of the reporting environments
dedicated to business units
- 4 years’ university degree in related fields,
- Min. 2 years of experience in CRM is preferable
- Knowledge of SQL Coding and BO is preferable
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Team member and analytical thinker
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- No military obligation
