QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yıldız Holding has initiated a Holding level sustainability strategy development and communication department with a global aspiration that would embrace global trends, stakeholder expectations, SDGs and key business imperatives. The strategy aims at integrating sustainability into long-term strategic plans and provide guidance to the operating companies. The strategy will be built on global values to demonstrate a commitment to sustainability, communicate and implement a global vision for the whole organization.

4th year university students or master students, preferably in social sciences (public relations, marketing and business administration)
Previous internship experience in marketing and/or public relations is a plus
Team worker, problem solver, result oriented, open minded and eager to learn
Strong communication, analytical thinking skills, multi-tasking, creative and strategic thinking
Is a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent command of English
6-month continuity (at least 4 days on a week)
Desire to have career in sustainability

İŞ TANIMI

Support to coordinate 3rd parties ATL, BTL and Printed Materials
Assist the sustainability team in the organisation of key events, such as conferences, internal and report launches & daily business routine
Support in preparing presentations
Research, monitor and report regularly competitor moves, relevant websites and social media channels
Work closely with Besler, Bizim Toptan, Kerevitaş, ŞOK companies and other internal stakeholders
