Customer Quality Engineer

ZF Sachs Turkey located in Gebze/Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for qualified professionals for its growing organization.
 

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years quality related working experience in automotive industry, experienced in negotiations with customer as a plus
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
• Knowledge of the quality standards such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001
• Good communicator (verbal and written) with strong technical report writing ability, with ability to communicate effective at all levels
• Diplomatic, tactful and ability to remain calm and clear headed under pressure
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Living/willing to live in Asian Side of İstanbul or Kocaeli

İŞ TANIMI

Quality Engineer will report to Quality Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Quality planning regarding new projects.
• Initial sample report to the customer.
• Initiation and monitoring of quality measurements.
• Communication with the customer regarding quality topics.
• Participate at customer meetings as well as escalation dialogues.
• Represent quality interests at the customer.
• Customer support during customer visits at ZF plants.
• Customer contact person regarding technical matters such as, risk management and definition of actions for already supplied parts in case of actions.
