Quality Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, preferably in Chemical engineer, industrial engineer or mechanical engineer.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry,
• An experience related to the quality systems and processes of production,
• Having the technical system knowledge for ISO / TS 16949.
• Very good command of English both written and spoken,
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,
• Self discipline and self motivated,
• Analytical minded, goal oriented and initiative taker,
• Ability to act as a good team player,
• Driving license is a requirement,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Acting in line with the Company quality objectives and strategies,
• Follow up the workflow activities, take actions and report the results,
• Follow up the product and process control criterias, audit, provide to be produced the product or process as it is described, evaluate the process like a customer,
• Applying and directing JIT, 5S, 8D, APQP, SPC , HTEA-FMEA studies.
• Parallel working with the project, production and engineering teams,
• Developing and implementing improvement plans and monitor effectiveness,
• Improving the quality of existing and new products and support operational plant processes,
• Supporting the engineering requests in the area of process engineering in terms of making the necessary  tooling and equipment process changes,
• Following up the cycle times, inventory reduction and quality system improvements.
