İŞ TANIMI
Ensure the business development parallel with the distributor strategy.
Follow and lead the stores and teams effectively.
Accomplish successfully the targets set on the basis of brands.
Fulfil the tasks for the team such as recruitment, development and coaching.
Ensure the deployment and implementation of the brand strategy and targets into field.
Link the central office with field.
