• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG is an asset
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of sales techniques, products, market and competition
• Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel to other cities
• Dynamic, Innovative, Self-disciplined with outstanding  Interpersonal skills
• Good communication & Negotiation skills
• Being ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
• Proficient in MS Office package (esp. Excel)

İŞ TANIMI

• Make store visits in line with the assigned route plan
• Achieve the monthly targets %100 by taking actions and close tracking in the responsible stores
• Ensure correct implementation of L’ Oréal policies and plans in the responsible stores in terms of 4P principles
• Organize his/her own route plan and manage data consistently
• Create cooperative and collaborative relations with the relevant store management
• Track tester process of each store
• Create cooperative and collaborative relations with the cross functional teams of L’Oréal especially Area Coordinators and Beauty Advisors
