QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields, MBA or master’s degree in human resources is preferred
  2. Minimum 5 years of human resources experience
  3. Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures
  4. Advance level of verbal and written English
  5. Able to travel frequently abroad
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  9. Completed military service for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  1. To enable Human Resources system, process, policy and procedures created by Center of Expertise units to be carried out in the countries which are in his/her area of responsibility. To work closely with Country Human Resources in order to reach KPIs identified.
  2. To be the first contact point in terms of the issues related with human resources for Country Human Resources units and Country Management team.
  3. To function as a bridge for the issues regarding Human resources which cannot be offered a solution within country or department, thus the participation of Head Quarter Human Resources is needed.
  4. To convert job request and Strategic Costumer Relationship Management into Human Resources strategy language and to enable company’s standards to be functioned most correctly.
  5. To lead change management arising from new initiatives related organization design, development, recruitment and training.
  6. To relate job requirements with personnel/headcount strategies and to work with recruitment team as per source requirement development plan.
  7. To enable succession plans to be carried out and to assist managers to manage global or different groups by supporting actualization of the implementations such as screening, performance management within the scope of talent management.

Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
