İŞ TANIMI

• Retail Product and Planning Process Manager of International Operations establishes and manages the Demand and Merchandise Plans for LC Waikiki products in international markets. This is achieved through analysis of business performance and collaboration with other functional areas in determining the most accurate plan for the business and execution of the plan in season
• Retail Product and Planning Process Manager is responsible for Planning and Forecasting financial measures on business performance, including sales to plan and to last year, gross margin and profit. This role also makes the shipment decisions to international stores, manages in store inventories by closely monitoring inventory measures related to turn and weeks of supply and makes markdown and inventory call decisions to increase profitability.
• This position reports to International Planning Manager and is part of International Supply Chain Department.

• Partner with internal business partners (Buying Management, Store Operations, Market Research and etc.) to gather all necessary inputs to create initial merchandise and demand plan that support the overall financial objectives.
• Manage the financial sales, gross margin and inventory plans on a seasonal basis.
• Construct an assortment architecture plan (depth, breadth and profitability of the assortment assortment) that delivers upon financial goals, and maintain the plan in the planning system.
• Manage and plan merchandise inventory in stores and markdowns to drive sales, inventory, turnover and profit objectives. 
• Participate on special projects that enhance the merchandising and planning processes and/or lead to opportunities for increased profitability.
• Complete detailed analysis of past performance to highlight opportunities for future plans and strategies.

• Work closely with the International Planning Manager(s), and other Supply Chain functions to review in season product trends and performance, revise projections, and recommend adjustments to the season's plan to maximize sales, inventory turnover and profitability.
• Overview the forecasts and current strategies while maintaining high level of forecast accuracy.
• Identify style level opportunities to increases sales or liquidate poor performers profitably.
• Manage style level recall strategies to meet targeted terminal inventory levels while maintaining overall profitability of the product group.
