• University degree from a reputable university
• Marketing experience minimum 3 years.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytic skill & logical/creative thinking.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ready to adapt to change & open to continuous improvement
• No travelling restrictions (domestic or overseas).
• Having an understanding of funnel, engagement, retention and acquisition of the user in free-to-play environment is an asset,
• Ability to take decisions based on data and take full responsibility on daily projects.
• Male candidates should have completed their military services.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and execute comprehensive, research-based strategic planning that directs marketing efforts to enhance asset value,
• Execute marketing and communications assignments for various pc games in alignment with the shared services,
• Brief creative campaigns, evaluate and improve on digital marketing activities and operational KPIs,
• Ensure successful project completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget. Projects can include advertising, internal communications, user acquisition, events & sponsorships, direct marketing, web content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, brand and company recognition,
• Measure results from projects, and provide information on relevant metrics to project owners as appropriate,
• Work with Marketing Manager in the procurement and development of projects involving third parties such as public relations firms, advertising agencies and other vendors,
• Promote strategy, insights and commitment throughout the organization.
• Gather & analyze market data in order to understand consumer behavior and market opportunities.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly marketing reports with the help of MarCom and Digital marketing teams.
