Metro Cash&Carry, the largest, most international wholesale company being represented in 29 countries with over 700 stores is looking for a highly motivated and responsibility seeking "CRM CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST" who wants to evolve in the dynamic and challenging environment of a major multinational company.


Qualifications:
-
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related sciences
- 1-2 years related experiences
- MBA, specifically in Marketing is an asset
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in retail sector, CRM or market research is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Marketing Focus
- Strong Customer orientation
- Self disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Target and result oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills



İŞ TANIMI

Job Description:
  • Organizing and planning outbound Call Center activities in an effective framework
  • Managing Customer Complaint Management process, increasing the awareness in the company about project, follow-up and reporting
  • Designing CRM campaigns through call center
  • Supporting master data cleaning project with call center activities
  • Managing call-center team
  • Organizing SMS and e-mail activities in terms of customer selection, campaign communication and post-analysis

Preferred Candidate

Less than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
