"QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST"
who wants to involve in the dynamic and challenging environment of a major multinational company.

 

Qualifications:
 

• University Degree in Food Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field such as food field and quality assurance,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Customer and Store service oriented,
• Excellent communication skills,
• No restriction for travel and able to travel to the cities that stores are located
• No military service obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• To follow food and non-food legislation
• To organize 2nd party food safety and quality audits of MCC stores and customer restaurants according to the food safety criteria and following the results and sharing the results with relevant bodies.
• To follow the analysis results of the products processed by the store and to share with relevant bodies.
  To coordinate and organize the trainings about cleaning, disinfection and hygiene and food safety applications in the stores
• Conducting Quality and Food Safety audits by visiting stores and fruit and vegetables platform regularly  
  To support ISO 22000 and IFS Cash&varry Wholesale and IFS Logistics food  safety management system implementations
