QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Ideal candidates should have substantial operational experience in a customer service environment with many years of supervisory or managerial experience. Candidates should have experience in dealing with systems implementations and should have experience with project management. Ideal candidates must have good Turkish/English language skills.This is a very "hands on" role and experience in a similar position essential.
İŞ TANIMI
- Create operational processes including documented procedures, alignment with other A&H operations set up and compliance with best practice and local legal requirements. Ensure that the Turkey operations unit operates to these standards and that key functions are performed to the timelines agreed. This includes where functions are "outsourced" to other teams;
- Support the building/set up of new systems (Various Internal systems including but not limited to: system 6, Genius, Prima, Apollo, and TPA Systems etc) in order that they operate successfully in the business. Ensure set up is with appropriate parameters and that proper testing is conducted to deliver functionality to business requirements;
- Recruit and train good quality new staff as required (where not outsourced), creating a strong internal operations team. Ensure their performance is in line with global standards;
- Manage the outsourcing arrangements for A&H customer services including fulfilment printing, policy servicing, claims handing etc, ensuring that Service Levels are met and future requirements are accommodated in good time globally;
- Conduct Office management - facilities management, supplier management etc.;
- Provision of key operational data to the Turkish and Regional management team;
- Liaise with Regional Operations team on billings, bookings and collections to ensure data is provided to region to allow them to perform their functions.
