QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Our client is is one of the leading insurance and reassurance brokers operating in Turkey. For the company’s future growth plans we are looking for a:

ACCOUNT MANAGER/ SALES MANAGER (ELEMENTARY INSURANCE)

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a related field;
  • Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in insurance brokers; insurance companies  or a combination of experience at the Portfolio Manager,  Account Manager or Business Development;
  • Manager levels in bancasurrance  or commercial banking fields; 
  • Strong analytical approach;
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills are desired.


İŞ TANIMI


The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting design of local growth strategy and driving implementation;
  • Seeking new relationships through active sales activities through cold calls, presentation of company value propositions;
  • Identifying, targeting and capturing new client sales revenues through a coordinated multifunction sales effort;
  • Developing business with new clients;
  • Managing entire selling process from first contact with the prospect, negotiations, development and presentation;
  • Maintaining and expanding the relationship with existing clients in terms of revenue, profitability, franchise value, and new product introduction;
  • Providing significant input into the forecast and production of budget goals in the planning process for the designated prospective clients and current clients;
  • Analysing and monitoring the client performance to identify growth needs and agree the annual business plan for the client monitoring performance of client schemes including sales and marketing methods, results penetration and claims trends analysis;
  • Keeping up to date with the company's products and clients, and with market trends for creditor insurance including new product opportunities and developing products that have the potential to meet client opportunities;
  • Co-ordinating different internal supporting functions to service clients needs.
  • Implementing monthly client reports demonstrating account performance, production, claims and profit share utilizing SalesForce.Com
  • Introducing pre-emptive actions to avoid negative claims experience;
  • Negotiating renewals at expiration of contract with key executives within the client organisation.

4 - 9 years of experience
