QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
-Experience of working in operations environments within Customer Service or Sales.
-High degree of self-management with a focus on continual development.
-Ability to actively keep abreast of customer, market, evolving technologies and competitor activities.
-Familiarity with metrics and methods used for evaluation of customer experience and commercial performance and their optimal presentation via dashboards.
-Demonstrable experience of collating information from multiple sources (NPS surveys, complaints, voice of customer, analytical and finance systems, market research) and translating into clear and actionable insight.
-At least 3 years professional experience.
-Master's degree is a plus.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English.
İŞ TANIMI
Reporting to Team Leader, our candidate will be responsible for:
-Defines, designs and develops engaging and commercially viable customer experiences (both reactive and proactive) for the Residential and SME market in line with Commercial and Brand thinking (working with Brand, Sales and Marketing teams and IT teams).
-Considers, plans and delivers an overall approach to an experience design project, including research methodology, development workshops, stakeholder engagement, colleague engagement and concept creation.
-Reviews best practice in customer experience across competitors and outside the energy industry.
-Act as the process expert for the Sales and Marketing Process Improvement Team working with the IT function and operational teams to resolve issues impacting the performance of the sales and marketing function.
-İdentify process related route cause of current issues.
-Work with the business process owners to find alternative solutions, including impact on other business areas, quick fixes, long-term corrections etc.
-Together with Business Applications, the team leader, IT and respective project managers, support the implementation of corrective actions.
