Multi Turkey is the biggest retail platform in Turkey, with 14 shopping centers in operation and 5 new projects in development.

We are looking for two colleagues; one to be positioned in Erzurum and other in Ankara. Both colleagues will be reporting to the relevant Mall Manager.

Ideal candidates should have below-mentioned qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering fields (preferably in mechanical/electrical)
• Min. 3 years experience in site
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• MS Office knowledge
• Able to handle multi tasks
• Good planning & budgeting skills
• No military obligation
• Good team-player
• Living in Ankara or Erzurum

İŞ TANIMI

Roles &Responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Coordinate and manage any and all technical issues in order to maintain the interior and exterior of the shopping center in excellent condition in accordance to Multi’s quality standards, service agreements, supervisor directives and annual technical budget
• Preparing daily and preventive maintenance schedules, planning corrective actions, and monitoring the execution
• Supervising and coordinating technical service providers and vendors
• Ensuring suitable consumption of all energy resources (electricity, water, gas, fuel) and looking for saving possibilities/opportunities.
