Supply Chain Specialist

• University degree in a relevant disipline (preferably, in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade),
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Supply or / and Demand planning,
• Proficiency in MRP systems, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications especially Excel,
• Innovative personal attitude with effective communication and presentation skills,
• Positive attitude, ability to work transversely, to find consensus between functions,
• Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under strict timelines,
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and a good team player,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure efficient operation of the business unit supply planning process,
• Monitors and takes action on suppliers logistics performance regarding capacities, delivery performance, lead time, order fulfillment and delays,
• Identify, implement and maintain the best logistical offer from the supplier,
• Actively involves in matters of replenishment solutions, lead times, transport and logistics cost optimization,
• Ensure efficient communication flow between suppliers with planning team,
• Assure that systems are updated with correct parameters (information),
• Lead the supply planning calls with Demand planning, Purchasing and all Supply Chain teams to review supply plans and inventory goals,
• Analyze inventory strategies on existing products and new products.
