Project Engineer

Novartis Sağlık, Gıda ve Tarım Ürünleri San.

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Project Management 
• Fluency in both written and spoken in English
• Strong People Management, Resource Management and Job Prioritization skills
• Highly capable on communication and interpersonal skills
• No military obligation for the male candidates 

İŞ TANIMI

• Articulate and justify business cases and manage major capital projects in the Site
• Manage Qualification activities for capital projects
• Follow the technological developments especially Pharmaceutical Equipment Technology and Automation
• Introduce new technologies and concepts into organization
• Provide technical support to all Engineering activites and other business units to improve processes when required
• Deliver the projects on time within the budget
• Develop and support cost saving projects
• Ensure that all activities are compliant with internal and statutory requirements.

Project Engineer role is responsible for management of whole phases of project within our growing production site.
