QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology or another related science, business degree is a plus
- 5-10 years experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company
- Experience in Auditing would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills both in English & Turkish.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Good analytical thinking skills.
İŞ TANIMI
This position will be located in Istanbul, Turkey and will be responsbile for our OTC Divison third party operations.Manage QA & Compliance requirements with assigned third party contractor sites to ensure quality of OTC products.
Ensure that all aspects of the pharmaceutical products at assigned third party contractor sites comply with the requirements of the Novartis Corporate Quality Manual and meet all relevant cGMP regulatory and legislative requirements.
Evaluate and understand the level of cGMP compliance for products manufactured, packaged, tested and released at assigned third party contractor sites through defined KPIs
Continuously improve, harmonise and establish QA and Compliance systems, strengthen quality awareness, implement the development of third party strategic plans,
Work with the business partners to help ensure that the QA activities within the assigned third party sites operate in a cost effective and efficient manner.
