International Patient Services Specialist

We are looking for an “International Patient Services Specialist” with below qualifications:

• Having a Bachelor’s degree,
• Have an excellent command of both written & spoken English,
•  At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the health industry,
• Outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills,
• Have an advanced knowledge of Ms Office applications,
• Good communications skills and team working capability,
• No restrictions to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

 

İŞ TANIMI

The job requires working at “Okan University Faculty of Dentistry Dental Hospital” which is located at Mecidiyeköy.

• Establishing relationships with agencies concerning patient building and executing relations with agencies about patient transfer,
• Specifying the sales and marketing policies and pricing out for different areas,
• Arranging meetings with civil, private and social society foundations,
• Support the communication of the patient/patient family with the physician, coordinating relations between patients, patient relatives and doctors,
• Answering the non-medical questions of international patients and patient families before they arrive at the hospital as well as during and after their time at the hospital,
• Developing policies, setting a budget and cost management for the purpose of creating an international market,
• Having a full knowledge of local and international legal regulations,
• Represent the organization in fairs, conventions and other similar events,
• Preparing the periodic reports to top management
