• 3-5 years working experience in a similar position with a production company / international company,
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills and able to present complex analysis in structured format to management,
• Goal –oriented, ability to behave professional to coach staffs  towards  full potential, providing candid feedback, setting high performance standard for the department,
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft office,
• Familiar with Business Intelligence and or management information system,
• Language skills: Fluent English and (other language depending on area) oral & written.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure accurate  financial statements, KPI, budget and reporting to Group standards & policies(interpretation – control and evaluation – process understanding),
• Economic analysis of cost prices and margins – Improvements of cost prices,
• Business partner for GM or Factory Manager in reporting to VP for Business Unit,
• Constant control and evaluation of the plant results and guarantee the exactness and business interpretation of these results,
• Manage tax related issues including monitoring of tax declarations and VAT refund,
• Investments and calculations for payback time,
• Cash management and cash flow optimization.
• Monitor financial audit and business control systems;Point of contact for external auditors
