QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
*University degree and specialized training related to the position (i.e. ITIL certification, Project Management Certification, BI)
*2-3 years' experience in project management applying PLM, PMI and any other Project Management Disciplines. (preferred in a Multinational Company)
*Experience on IT Vendor Management through OLAs
*2-3 years' experience on business intelligence, data management and data modeling concepts
*An excellent Team player, as high coordination with the BIS Management team and the Business Engagement Manager is required, as well with the Sector/Regional teams.
*Champion of reinforcing standards and policies within business.
*Change Leadership, to successfully implement of change.
*Process oriented
*Excellent IT Architecture and business know-how
*Fluent in Turkish and English
İŞ TANIMI
- Completing and ensuring effective detailed analysis studies for the user requirements
- Ensure an effective customer and demand management process design and adherence
- Delivering business intelligence and data management solutions that are aligned with company and BIS strategy and vision.
- Enabling the solutions to produce timely, accurate, and reliable information as per pre-defined and agreed SLA terms with business.
- Demonstrates management capabilities in project management, vendor managements, and leading development team.
- Owns BI and DM Solutions project agenda and participates in management of projects related to the functional domain.
- Gathers and analyzes new business requirements and weighs them against the existing business systems and processes.
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes in his/her responsibility area to execute the strategy defined by the business
- Plans and maintains development, design and analysis activities and report to customer groups
- Manage small size projects and actively participating in all phases
- Expected to understand how the business operates and to advance his/her business understanding and expertise through each step of her assignments. He/she should develop improvements to current business systems and processes to ensure continued application effectiveness

- Manage the delivery of business information from the applications in the production environment according to service level agreements agreed between BIS and the relevant business area.
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing current business processes and application systems by analyzing business processes to support key business priorities within the PepsiCo strategy, aligning this to the BIS strategy.

- Facilitate and contribute to process redesign and technical impacts of enhancements to current system or new applications by using best business practices.
- Manage, motivate and develop subordinates towards the achievement of high quality work standards.
- Contribute to the change management process; measurement and reporting of project benefits.
- Stay abreast with current information technologies and business practices.
- Ensure best BIS operating processes are implemented with respect the division between development and production environments
- Responsible of the projects and deliverables for budgets and timelines as agreed with the business.
