BIS Enterprise Architect

• University degree and specialized training related to the position (i.e. ITIL certification, Project Management Certification, BI)
• 8 years of IT experience in application development or from a combination of development and another IT domain. A variety of experience across roles is a plus, especially in areas such as application development, functional analyst and data management
• Fluent English is required to interact with Sector/Regional teams and other country teams.
• Excellent IT Architecture and business know-how
• Experience on IT Vendor Management through OLAs
• Experience on software implementations with a process based approach. Completed an ERP application implementation project from beginning to end
• Developed understanding of ITIL processes and standards is a plus
• Define the blueprint and standards for how application software, data, system software, hardware, and the physical network must be designed, built, and integrated within the enterprise to deliver desired business results and serve customers.
• Understand current market IT Solutions
• Solves problems requiring the analysis of information by applying logical reasoning to identify issues, generate solutions, and define a course of action in a timely manner.
• Knowledge on software development lifecycle
• Knowledge on Business Process Modeling
• Understanding of ITIL processes and standards
• Good learning Skills as new methodologies, processes and tools will be required.
• An excellent Team player, as high coordination with the BIS Manager and the Business Engagement Manager is required, as well with the Sector/Regional teams
• Strong communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

Enterprise Architect leads applications' development teams whom provides support to Oracle ERP, GTM Pepbox, WMS, Enterprise MEM, Manugistics, IP and other applications and their integrations with other system. He/She also acts as a «technical architect» in BIS projects to create the optimum technical solution and to ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented by taking into account all BIS applications

The main responsibilities of this role are;

• quality check of coding standards; to ensure stabilization and standardization
• reviewing of technical design documents; to ensure the creation of optimum technical solutions which provides a good system performance, and flexibility for future changes
• technical teams' management; to define performance KPIs and track their performances, to plan, prioritize and coordinate technical development plans
