QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree and specialized training related to the position
  • Similar position in a Multinational company Fluent English is required to interact with Sector/Regional teams and other country teams.
  • 2-3 years’ experience software applications on her/his subject area.
  • 2-3 years’ experience on business processes related to her/his subject area
  • 1-2 years’ experience in project management applying PLM, PMI and any other Project
  • Management Disciplines is a plus
  • Developed understanding of ITIL processes and standards is a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Facilitation skills
  • Good problem solving and structured analysis skills
  • Good team player
  • Be able to communicate technical subjects to business stakeholders
  • Good learning Skills as new methodologies, processes and tools will be required.


İŞ TANIMI



Commercial Functional Analyst supports Commercial applications for PepsiCo Turkey (e.g., GTM,Promote) and partners with business and vendor teams to understand business needs and gather requirements for effective solutions for both baseline enhancements and AOP funded investment work. Also leads various activities across the software lifecycle including requirements development, design and testing. She/he plays a bridge role between business parties, vendors, and related BIS teams in problem management process

  • Gathers and analyzes new business requirements and weighs them against the existing business systems and processes.
  • Working closely with the business stakeholders, guides the process of modeling and designing new systems which implement the goals of the organization as expressed by the business requirements.
  • Analyzes, documents, and improves business processes by using standard techniques;
  • Investigates and recommends alternative solutions
  • Translates the business requirements into functional requirements (what features should the system have)
  • Supports in developing and delivering solutions of applications regarding to his/her subject area to fulfill business requirement
  • Manages development and delivery of applications / solutions to fulfill business requirements
  • Manages conversion of functional requirements to functional and technical specifications
  • Works with the developers (programmers)
  • Supports the management of the vendors to deliver solutions that meet BIS Strategic Plan and Business needs according to OLAs (for Operations applications)
  • Creates (or helps others create) test scenarios and verifies the system
  • Ensures process documentation and training materials are properly documented and kept up to date with process changes
  • Transfers the knowledge of changes done in the system related to his/her subject area to support teams
  • Plays first contact with support teams; solves problems that support teams cannot solve
  • Supports in training of business users and other BIS team members; prepares training documents
  • Provides BIS service and business functional support from prior to final acceptance
  • Ensures stability of production environment and SLAs are achieved
  • Maintains operational support documentation
  • Performs troubleshooting and systems analysis
  • Compliance to corporate BIS standards and governance of policy and procedures is expected through all activities
  • Provides input to project manager/ BIS lead in defining plans and estimates as well as identifying issues and risks
  • Manages small size projects (Tier 3 or PLM Light) and actively participates in all phases
  • Contributes to change management process; measurement and reporting of project benefits
